Where is the house located?

Our home is located in the coveted North Shore Triangle - on the corner of Angela Blvd and North Shore. Right out the front door, is the St. Joseph River and a stone's throw to the beautiful Riverside Trailhead with a new walking path leading you right to Notre Dame! Is it walkable to campus? We think so! We've walked to campus multiple times and it's a pleasant 21 min walk. Driving? - you'll be pulling onto Notre Dame Blvd in 3 minutes.

3 FULL baths are hard to come by in South Bend but this home doesn't disappoint. Primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and there are 2 additional bathrooms each with a shower.

I know, I'm sorry we love our dogs too but dogs in a home can present allergic problems for our guests so we ask that you leave Fido at home. We do have a high-chair and packnplay on site for the smallest Irish fans!

We are a ND family and this house is our second home, which we visit frequently. Why is this important to you? We take great care of this home and only furnish and equip this home as if it were a house we'd happily live in full-time. We are not listed on public rental property sites and choose to maintain a small rental pool of other ND parents and fans. Our greatest compliment is return guests.
